Evaluation of Numerous Kinetic Energy-Rainfall Intensity Equations Using Disdrometer Data

چکیده

Calculating rainfall erosivity, which is the capacity of to dislodge soil particles and cause erosion, requires measurement kinetic energy (KE). Direct KE has its own challenges, owing high cost complexity measuring instruments involved. Consequently, often approximated using empirical equations derived from intensity (Ir) inputs in absence such instruments. However, KE–Ir strongly depend on local climate patterns methods. Therefore, this study aims compare evaluate efficacy 27 with observed data. Based a re-analysis, we also propose an exponential equation for entire Korean site, spatial distribution parameter discussed. In investigation, used optical disdrometer (OTT Parsivel2) gather data Sangju City (Korea) between June 2020 December 2021. The outputs are shown as follows: (1) statistically most accurate estimates expenditure content obtained power-law given by Sanchez-Moreno et al. published Lee Won, respectively. (2) suggested applied site exhibits comparable general correlation maps indicate variance geography.
